About Mary Ulin

With seven years of experience teaching,

my goal is to keep my adult students relaxed and having fun

while they improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in English.

As a native of Southern California and a longtime resident of San Marino,

I also serve as a guide to help my students navigate and interpret American life for themselves and their families.

As a certified teacher of English to speakers of other languages,

I have experience teaching all levels of English learners in groups and one-on-one.

Until we can be safe together, all our lessons will be taught via Zoom.

Students encourage each other to practice their speaking and listening skills in a friendly setting.

Your confidence will grow as we practice pronunciation, learn grammar rules, and build vocabulary.

We will use fun activities so that we can laugh while we learn.

With personalized attention, we can identify challenges and work together in positive and constructive ways to meet your goals.
